Wide Lead Corporation was founded with a capital of NT$20,000,000 in the summer of 2006. At the initial stage it traded mainly in chemicals.
◎Expanding Period ( 1967~1977 )
．In 1967 Wide Lee was founded by 4 close friends, Messrs C. T. Tsai, H. L. Lin, E. S. Chen and C. M. Young. Its initial business was in the import and export business.
．The main business was in the importation of dyestuff and auxiliary.
．Then merged Cotailee Co., Ltd., Wide Tai Thing Co., Ltd. and Wide Sun Trading Co., Ltd. into this Group and set up Wide Tex Chemical plant.

．Purchased a new office building located at Nanking East Road to meet the needs of our expansion and centralized administration.
．Adopted the as our corporate identity system to prompt our corporate image.
．Introduced specialty chemicals, machinery and equipment, and new materials from world-renowned corporations. For example, Hickson & Welch Ltd. of U.K., ICI, Sumitomo Chemical, Nankai dyestuff, Daicel chemical, Taoka chemical, ISE chemical, INABATA, Mitsui chemical, Wakayama Seika, Matsui-Shikiso, Sekisui Chemical, HONEN, Mitsubishi Rayon, Nippon Junryo Chemical of Japan, Union chemical, Dongbo of Korea.....

．Dyestuffs Div. was reorganized to be managed by Wide Tex Chemical.
．Acted as Sumitomo Seika’s sole agent to handle the relevant products of Super Absorbent Polymer "AQUA KEEP" for baby diaper & napkin.
．Introduced Sumitomo Chemical Co., "SUMIFLOC" water-absorbent resin for water treatment.

    enterprise.

    as well as employees of the new company.
